To buy shares and become a member of the Community Carrot Community Benefit Society Ltd (trading as Crunchy Carrot):
1. complete and directly submit the Application to Purchase Shares form below
AND
2. send your payment either by bank transfer (details below the form), drop cash or a cheque into the shop, or send a cheque to the shop address (below).

Each individual, family member or organisation should complete a separate form.
Membership is open to any person (whether an individual, a corporate body or the nominee of an unincorporated organisation) who completes an application for membership in the form required by the Community Carrot Board of Directors and:
is over 16 years of age;
supports the Society’s Purpose
pays for the minimum number of shares required by the Rules.
Shares can be purchased in multiples of £10 and paid for by online bank transfer (this is the preferred means of payment), cheque or cash.
Please complete Section A to purchase shares for yourself, or Section B to purchase shares as a gift for someone else.
